Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Replyze iOS application and related services ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Replyze generates AI-powered reply suggestions for social media posts and messages. Suggestions are exactly that — suggestions. You decide what you post, and you are responsible for the content you publish on any platform.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Replyze.
• One person per account; accounts may not be shared or sold.

3. Free tier and Pro subscription

• The free tier includes a limited number of replies per day, which may change.
• Replyze Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase. Manage or cancel any time in App Store → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, hate speech, or deceptive content;
• Violate the terms of the platforms where you post (LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, etc.);
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the Service or its rate limits;
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your context. Review every reply before posting. You own the replies you choose to use; we claim no rights over your content.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including our commitment to never storing the posts you share.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Replyze available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replyze is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the consequences of content you choose to post. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
