Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Replyze paid plans (Pro and Pro+) purchased on the web. We want you to be happy with Replyze — if something isn't right, contact us.
1. Cancel any time
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew again. There is no cancellation fee.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, email us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will refund it in full.
3. Renewals and partial periods
After the first 14 days, and for renewal payments, charges are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within a few days and we will do our best to help.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@replyze.co from the email address on your account, with your order details. Web payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
5. Apple App Store purchases
If you subscribed through the Replyze iOS app, that purchase is billed by Apple and refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Request those through reportaproblem.apple.com.
6. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, accounts that violate our Terms of Service or use the service heavily and then request a refund.
