I'm not getting replies / generation fails
Check your internet connection first. If the problem continues, you may have hit the free daily limit (5 replies) — it resets at midnight in your timezone, or you can watch a rewarded ad for 3 more. Pro users have unlimited replies.
How do I cancel or manage my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Replyze. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the period ends.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for your Replyze purchase.
How do I set up the keyboard?
Open Replyze → Settings → Keyboard Setup, or iPhone Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Replyze. Allow Full Access so the keyboard can fetch your replies.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Replyze → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, reply history, and all associated data. You can export your data first from Settings → Export My Data.
Why does Instagram need a screenshot?
Instagram blocks apps from reading posts directly. Take a screenshot and share it to Replyze (or use Photo Reply) — on-device text recognition reads it in under a second.
