The 10-Minute LinkedIn Routine for Busy Founders

Founders know LinkedIn matters. They also know it is a time trap. The trick is not to spend more time, it is to spend ten focused minutes on only the things that move your business, and ignore the rest.
Minutes 1-3: react to what is relevant
Do not read every post. Scan for the two or three that are genuinely relevant to your space or your prospects, and leave a thoughtful comment. One good comment on the right post beats ten generic likes.
Minutes 4-7: qualify a handful of leads
Open the profiles of people who engaged with you, or who fit your ideal client. Quickly decide reach out or skip, and send a couple of personalized connection notes. This is your pipeline work.
Minutes 8-10: reply to your DMs
Clear your inbox with short, human replies that move each conversation one step forward, book the call, answer the question, or politely close it out.
Why relevance is the whole game
The reason founders lose time is that everything looks equally important in the feed. It is not. The moment you can see, at a glance, what is worth your attention, LinkedIn goes from a distraction to a growth channel you control.
Let Replyze surface what matters
Replyze reads posts, profiles, and messages as you scroll and scores what is worth your time against your goals, so your ten minutes go to the right two or three things. Then it writes the comment, the connection note, or the reply in your voice, one click to insert.
